Questions we get
Why would you build it before I've paid?
Because describing a website is a waste of both our time. It takes us an hour or two and it means you're deciding about a real thing instead of a promise.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll change it. If it's still not right, nothing happens — no invoice, no follow-up. The link just stays up.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We write it from your listing and a short conversation, then you correct anything we got wrong.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It's registered in your name, and if you ever leave we transfer it and hand over the files.
I already have a Facebook page.
That's a good sign — it means people look for you. A Facebook page can't be found on Google the way a website can, and you don't control what sits next to it.
How long does it take?
A day or two to build, then live within a week of you saying yes. The slow part is usually waiting on photos.
